    I think that carrot juice has its place when it comes to aiding the body in health. I have a big juicer which you can put almost any fruits or vegetables to enjoy their natural and pure tastes. I do fresh organic or non-GMO oranges, non-GMO carrots, non-GMO berries, non-GMO celery, non-GMO cucumbers, and anything else that I can think of at the moment of juicing them. The only disadvantage that comes with drinking carrot juice including other fruits and vegetables, is that their fibers are not present. Unless you blend them in one big blender, a juice machine will hold back the fibers. I have to say this, carrot juice is nutritious and it does taste good.

      Thank you so very much for the comment.  Yes, you are very correct.  Juicing always take away all the Fiber which is also very important for the body.  That I understand, but, juicing is always better for detox for easier absorption of nutrients.  Thanks

    1. There is a difference between organically grown carrots conventionally grown carrots. The former is better because later contains pesticides. If it is grown in contaminated water the carrot which is a watery vegetable can associate with heavy 1. metals.

    2. The protein in carrot resemble the protein in pollen and may cause allergic reaction to some.

    3. It is a weight loss vegetable. It is a low calorie food and can fill you up.

    4. Carrot contains bit k which helps in blood clotting.

    I grown up in my country where we planted all sort of vegetables from carrots, beats, cabbage, peppers to name a few. Carrots was one of our favorite veggies that we would blend with beats as our Sunday evening drinks with dinner. That was special back then for us.
