Garlic;  I call it an amazing Herb because it is truly amazing.  This Wonderful Vegetable originated from Central Asia and is a very close relative of the Onions.   It has been used for seasoning food as well as for Traditional Medicine for so many years.  Garlic is fully loaded with Vitamins and Nutrients that can efficiently improve your Health.
